Sean Schniederjan has worked in probate, trusts, and estates for 20 years.  He has advised in over 100 decedent and non-decedent probate cases and has advised hundreds of people in trust and estate planning, including fiduciary income tax preparation, qualified retirement asset planning, special needs trust planning and DHS compliance, real estate conveyance and tax issues, strategic probate-avoidance and family protection planning, and trust and estate litigation.  

Sean is a member of local estate planning network of estate planning and probate attorneys.  He has served as trustee and trust protector of several trusts, as well Court-supervised personal representative in decedent estates.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, Bible Study, and his Exodus 90 men's group.  He graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2019, appearing on the Dean's list.
